A little about me
When people ask what I do, the short answer is that I build the infrastructure that lets great brands scale without falling apart.
I've spent fifteen years at the intersection of creative ambition and business accountability, across fintech, luxury retail, and high-growth consumer brands, building the operating systems, creative platforms, and measurement frameworks that connect storytelling to real commercial outcomes.
At Affirm, I came in as the first senior brand hire with a mandate to build a brand function from scratch during one of the company's most significant growth periods. I designed the creative operating model, the governance standards, the agency ecosystem, and the measurement infrastructure that made brand investment defensible to finance leadership. That work contributed to a 6% stock price movement on a product launch day, an 8-point unaided awareness lift, and $30M in GMV from a single campaign.
Before fintech, I spent five years at Saks Fifth Avenue leading brand and experiential marketing, producing fine jewelry events, building high-net-worth client programs, and developing co-branded partnerships with American Express Centurion that drove 1,200 new HNW client acquisitions. That chapter gave me a deep foundation in premium audiences and what actually builds lasting customer relationships in luxury retail.
I do my best work in environments where the brand is at an inflection point, whether repositioning, scaling, or being built for the first time, and where the work needs to be both creatively excellent and commercially accountable. I've done this in regulated financial services, in luxury retail, and in founder-led environments, and I bring the same approach to all three: clear strategic thinking, strong creative instincts, and the financial fluency to make the case for brand investment in any room.
