When I joined Affirm in February 2021, I led the brand and activations function creating frameworks and strategies for paid media, experiential marketing, brand partnerships, and sponsorships.

Over the next two years, I laid out a strong foundation for activations, including brand partnership recommendations, driving key paid media campaigns, launching Affirm’s first experiential concepts and overseeing celebrity partnerships. I also oversaw the RFP, onboarding and offboarding of key agency relationships and oversaw multi-million dollar budgets.

In November of 2022, I moved into a role overseeing brand and social. Since then, I’ve overseen our social and influencer marketing, implementing key measurement frameworks and new strategic direction, resulting in large increases in key metrics.

In this capacity, I also lead our research and analysis, leveraging key insights to identify actionable opportunities and drive the development of our departmental goals and measurement plans.

In the last year, I’ve overhauled key operational processes to speed up the development and deployment of marketing initiatives, including new creative briefing processes for marketing teams.
